I have met Fed Ex drivers in abandoned parking lots, at a muddy outdoor flea market and have flagged them down on the side of the road ( when I have seen them drive right by my apartment, and not stop)to get my packages.
By the way after they were done all of the agents came in, not a single rep said sorry for the inconvenience, or thank you for waiting, as a courtesy to the CUSTOMERS. I would suggest that your company provide a reminder to your staff on customer service etiquette. Reply My 0.00 package was delivered to the wrong address.
After 48 hours and inquires to their driver they listed it as a lost package .
They made me feel like it was my fault they dropped package off at the wrong address .
If that’s the case every head package can just be dumped on the side of the road if they don’t want to walk a flight of stairs like my package was to be deliver because it was heavy!
They verbally read to me from their computer that the driver did not drop my package at the right address and when he went to retrieve package no one answered the door. I asked to please speak to someone else about the claim and he said there is no one else.
I’m a hard working single mother and I can’t believe that this how is. 0 is a lot to me and hey gave me 5 mins of I’m sorry mame there is nothing we can do we are not responsible .So, sorry Amazon.com, sorry Belk.com, sorry EBay, sorry Lilly Pulitzer.com, sorry christianbook.com, sorry and sorry anyone else who uses Fedex as their carrier, when I see that a package I HAVE PAID FOR!!!!!!will be delivered (or should I say again, scheduled to be delivered) by Fedex, I will immediately request a refund , I won’t have to worry about Returning it, because I’ll never receive it in the first place.No package that has ever been scheduled for delivery by Fed Ex has ever reached my door.I have a package sitting in Florence since Friday December 1 it’s now December 5 and I still don’t have the package.3 months later and dozens of phone conversations later fed ex denies my claim per company because they listed it as “delivered properly”.
